Fleet training packages will mean that your drivers have good driving techniques and standards in order to promote a positive company image. Improving your drivers skills will help reduce accidents and car running costs. The packages will potentially mean fewer accidents and so could lower insurance premiums and driver injuries along with the consequent sickness absence. The Drive-IT instructor training course is a comprehensive course covering the theory and training required for the 3 parts of the ADI test and the basis of your knowledge for your work as a driving instructor. All training is done on a one-to-one basis and in your own time so you can fit it around your current work commitments. Becoming an instructor will allow you to choose your own hours and help people gain a life-long skill.
You may need some general training to eradicate any bad habits you have developed to enable you to pass part two of the Approved driving instructor test. You mist complete a minimum of 40 hours part three training (Ability to teach) to obtain your provisional instructors licence.
